Sapphix, to be honest, I did't even know YOU said anything about it. I was referring to Blessedmoms post 2 pages back about how they said her kids would be a "single parent staticstic"
off to the post office, expecting new exercise equipment so go and check every day, It's been 3 weeks. Miss my bike rides something awful allready.

Halloween is almost here my very very favorite holiday of the whole year. I get to scare kids and they can't do a thing to me. I get to do the things I really want to do to the neighbors homes, property, and yard animals, that I dream about all year. I get to build a really really huge fire and dance skyclad well into the night with music shaking the firehouse windows and call it freedom of religious practice. It is so, hey I'm reformed, I don't sacrifice kids anymore, that's only the orthodox ones. Life is good, yes it is.

THIS IS HALLOWEEN

They're releasing that turkey in 3D for a limited run in "selected theatres" out here, this week.

8) I like that movie!

Ah, good! So there'll be someone in the theatre after all, and they won't be screening to an empty room or a room full of gothlings.

Really, don't you just hate that "broken home" schtick? I listen to the ["happily married"] neighbors getting drunk and screaming at each other, and at their two little boys, ages 6 and 3, almost nightly.

Stuff I wouldn't scream at an enemy.

And folks have the nerve to say MY family is broken? Like, excuuuuseee me??????

Ah, a true addict!... ummm, connoisseur. So you can play scenes over and over and over.

Those of us who have memorized the LOTR extended version DVDs (and who can skip the battle scenes with a click of the remote) surely cannot throw stones here.

Here in York Pa everyone is gearing up the annual Halloween parade. This town goes overboard with celebrating Halloween....
but then we don't get the kind vandalism, mayhem, and madness that I used to see on Long Island.

You have a parade? How fun is that!

Here people are just putting up lights and decorations, similar to what one does at Christmas time. Except these are gravestones, spiders, pumpkins, ghosts, zombies, "dead bodies" hanging from trees, etc... We spend some time every year driving around at night looking at the decorations - some of the houses go hog wild decorating.

Darn, it's time to take kids #2 and #3 to the doctor. They both have ingrown toe-nails. Kid#3 had his shaved down 2 weeks ago and it won't heal so now they'll have take away part of the nail. This is a problem because I have a foot issue. I can look at blood and I've been puked on but when I see a foot with a sore or cut, I faint!! This is not fun!

We'll be having the parade Sunday Oct. 28 this year. I'll take some pictures and post them. Maybe lau can take some pics of
Bonfire Night Nov. 5 and post a few of those.

Uh, I kind of missed it. They did ring my cell phone and give me the recorded message, but then I got to working on a letter and kind of lost track of time for a couple of hours. Only surfaced when the boss asked if I was going to lunch or not at about 12:45. Darn. I wanted to go watch that, too.

That would be too cool. I'll get the kid to take photos of some of the houses and put them up, as well. Will give us something to do, like a scavenger hunt for the "best" of the worst!

Blesed om...You may have already tried this trick but I have done soemthing that has helped my ingrown(bigtoe)nails, that you might try.

Find the middle of the nail...at the end...the part you would clip,(dang,I wish I could draw a picture here)and put a v-shaped notch there. As the nail grows out,the nail grows towards the center notch and pulls away from the edge.It has helped me a great deal, though you do have to keep doing it as the nail grows out.

We had tried that with Kid #3. It might work for Kid2 because his isn't as ingrown. Kid3 will have to have his done next week, just as my dad and my brother did. (Poor kids! Is there anything else genetic they can have trouble with? )
