Hi guys!

I hope it's okay to introduce myself in this forum. Just signed up :-D. Hope all the others in this forum who are locked down (like me) are doing okay.

As for my relationship with Autism, I'm sure I'm on the spectrum somewhere (though I haven't been tested). If I do use a term, I do prefer the word Asperger's (yes, despite its history) though - I'm old enough to have seen Rain Main when it first came out and that kind of "autistic" doesn't sit well with me...

Meanwhile, someone (I think) asked whether Australian Aspies were so different in that it was necessary to have a separate forum. I actually think it may be, if only because the health care/NDIS etc system is different, and it would be awesome if we could swap notes :wink:

We only had four days of lockdown here in the West.

I feel for those people who are doing the right thing over east.

We (Victorians) are going to start lockdown number 5 at midnight tonight. A minimum of 5 days....yay!
