That is a very cool photo. And I'm 26 and would be exactly the same.

That was a few years ago. I am a lot grayer, and lost 20 pounds or so after I stopped running and swimming.

I used to have a lot of lean muscle. I never seem to eat enough to put on some fat to replace the lost weight. I have some saggy skin hanging from my chest and my thighs. It's pretty weird looking.

I tried going to the Y up here a few times, but it was always too crowded for me to actually swim. My knees can't take any more punishment; I already have a lot of trouble with them from when I used to run 80 miles a week (10 a day + 2 runs on Sundays) for almost 10 years.

running on pavement isn't the best thing on the joints. and yes, trying to find an empty lane at the Y is sorta like pulling hen's teeth these days. that is why I dropped my membership.

You are so cute! I work with a girl who I am quite certain is an aspie (untested, not sure if she cares right now, but she knows that I am an aspie and I have told her that I think she is as well), who also just turned 20 and like you, also looks very much younger then 20.

Yeah, I was young and invincible back then. Plus I knew everything.
Sometimes I wish I could go back and tell myself what an idiot I was being, but then I remember the way I was back then; I'd have probably just flipped myself the bird and kept on running.

You are sort of neurotypical but shows signs of autism. You probably enjoy intellectual activities more than socializing or maybe you enjoy socializing, but you aren't genius at it. You could be autistic, but may not be.

Here's a photo from 15 years ago. I do not take many photos, but this one is a perfect example of an "Aspie" photo. Most of them are blank stares (like the one posted recently) or bad attempts at smiling. I remember I was going for carefree and silly, but I looked like I was possessed or suffering a seizure.
