Seeing your pictures make you feel like real people. With only the avatar I always imagine you are the avatar (yes that's crazy, specially considering the great number of cats as avatars here). Also I get very distressed when someone changes the avatar picture!
Anyways, I would like to participate but no one besides my family know I have aspergers and I am afraid of showing myself like that on the internet, specially after the things I have been writing here!! Imagine if my friends or my boyfriend find out, and then read what I have been writing and had written about them!!
Oh well maybe I should risk it... Posting the picture is so much fun. I don't know.

That just makes me want to post more stuff like this....I am in the picture, but you lot can guess which one I am.

Seconded! Those are the types of shirts I hunt for whenever I go thrift-shopping. It looks very nice, and so do you. :)

Thank you. It's a batik shirt I got in Indonesia, I also have a "technicolor" one. Don't think you're going to find many of these in the thrift shop though. :P

I've always loved batik, but I'm attracted to any kind of loud, flashy clothing. And never underestimate the power of thrift stores: if I can find striped zoot suits and plaid leisure suits at my local stores, maybe one day I'll come across something as nice as that. :P

It's six in the morning.
I haven't really slept. Or eaten.
I'm tired, stressed, and experiencing varying degrees of anxiety.
This is about as real as it gets.

At least you still seem reasonably photogenic. I wish I could look that good after a sleepless night of anxiety. :?

Well.
That's something I didn't see coming.

I was going to post this picture of me all ready to go out.
New clothes and all.
But I felt that would have been dishonest, somehow.

Oh, I don't doubt that.
It's a circular thing; you feel good -> you wear nice clothes -> you feel good.
At least that's what it's like for me.

I suppose I just got hung up on the world "real."
+ I really, really am not 100% right now.

But, uh.
Here. In case anyone's curious.

This is very true. That's why I dress(ed) like this:

Kudos, Skibz.
That costume looks horribly uncomfortable and I'd probably pass. :P

That costume was actually from a movie company I worked for which I wore to promote a film called 'Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead'. They had various monster costumes to promote their films, but that one was actually one of the more comfortable to wear and see out of.

Nowadays, I've come to know a thing or two about horribly uncomfortable chicken costumes because it's somehow become a regular part of my life. Man, I should have stayed in college.
