not to worry, you are fine :) what I meant to say is that you are model-quality and if you wanted could get work in that area, that is a real resource.

Alright, I honestly can't believe I'm posting a picture, always felt too embarrassed to do it. I'm done hiding from the fact I have HFA. I'm done letting it define me so if someone I know see's me on here so be it...

That's the first I've ever heard that one, but aside from his crappy acting, I'll take that as a compliment :D

Thanks :D I'm glad my hard work shows. I was a diehard lifter for several years more on and off now because I don't have a gym to go to or a friend to lift with :(

@Crazy Fool, nice!

I finally went to a Belegarth practice with my friend again yesterday after a year of being non com. It was fun, someone did manage to strike my thumb on my sword hand perfectly though, and apparently my bruised bone is still there after a year :x

Yeah it's actually kind of a dangerous sport, I've heard about people breaking limbs before, and I remember this one guy had a failing arrows shaft puncture through it's padded tip and impale someones hand in a bunch of fiber glass shards. I've got some pretty basic low level gear and garb right now, sword, shield, tunic, and a cool Celtic knot work belt, but now that I'm getting back into it I'll be upgrading what I got. I'll probably be a lizard man since my heavily monster populated realm says I fit the profile of a lizard man.

I guess it depends on your goals. If your goal is to just add a little definition but strength or mass aren't priority's, I'd say they are decent way to get on the right track. The problem is you're limited to which muscles you can hit and how hard you push them. I like to lift heavy for a low amount of repetitions, that lifting style favors size and strength. Isometrics is by nature low resistance with a high amount of repetitions which favors muscle definition, doesn't do a whole lot for strength or size though.

It's awesome for abs though, actually there really isn't a whole lot of other option for abs.
