I read the first 60 pages of the original cafe, and the two that grabbed my attention were Merle and Yowling Cat. Yowling Cat had to find new accommodation and Merle told us about her early life. I peered through the glass and confessed that I was there. I was afraid because of my NT status.

At first I sat in the corner, which I was told was near the WC until ZanneMarie invited me to sit next to her.

So that is how I found my way here to the wonderful cafe set.

A toast for Yowling Cat!

Merle, not to worry. We've got a new spot for the WC. I'm not sure who this fellow is testing it out for us, though...

What happened to the potted plant?

Merle took care of the potted plant. She - ah - forgot to "water" it, so the new watering hole is a bit more visible. Folks will remember to give it a sprinkle a couple times a day. I dunno, Chuck has some rule about running and shooting or some such thing. My hand, er, leg/eye coordination ain't all that great, if you gets me drift. Ask Chuck. :D

Oh, nannarob, I saw your nose pressed up against the window. We didn't make sudden moves in the old cafe, as we assume it's a little aspie needing a scritch. They bolt easily, you know. Your noseprint is still on that glass shard, I'll have you know, it's in The Box where all good memories go. (What's an NT?) :D

PS - Thank You and right back atcha!

Well, I played a lot at the drawing table, but only made messes, and achieved nothing. The opposite of "Eureka!! !". :D What is the opposite of 'Eureka'? Debacle? Anyhoo, I'm too drowsy now to continue my fiasco, so off to bed. Sometimes I learn interesting things trying to fix my mistakes. Other times they just get hideously bad. Exquisitely bad. Masterpieces of failure!! !

Kudos to you Yowler, and your idea. You put it out there, released it, and let it go where it may. We've had a lot of fun with it, and will no doubt continue to do so.

Thoughts and tales spun into a collective living piece of art for all to enjoy! :D

Eureka!! ! :D :D :D :D :D

It's off to bed now but right now I'm listening to Thistle & Shamrock on NPR....

In the meantime we can celebrate The Cafe's anniversary with the Dino Aspie Spam-Dance:

So it's not just me. I did a hell of a lot of lurking, lucky I wasn't arrested for stalking  .

I still don't get this quote stuff.

YowlingCat- tea's alright in desperation, especially on the night shift. Beer only works if you if you don't have to do something properly- like work  .
