Blessedmom, thank you for your warm welcome. I am the blessed mom of 3 (count 'em, 3) NT children. And two dogs and one cat. And one ex husband, NT, who is a pain, but good for the two younger ones, though they prefer to be with me. I am sorry about Cosmiccat's grandson. It hurts. :( I have been a mother for 34 years but not a grandmother. Being a mother across the generations. The love extends.

I hope if anyone needs to rant big time they can do so in an acceptable way, though this is not always easy. I have not had a problem yet, but I have seen others on WP get banned if they do not follow the rules. :o

:) You're very welcome.
I am mom to 4 kids (ages 17, 15, 14 and 7), 2 diagnosed with AS, one that is sort of NT with a list of eccentricities, and a little girl who is looking more and more like she has AS. She is much the same as I was at her age.
I also have 2 dogs and 2 ex-husbands that I suppose NT would fit.

or, maybe, DO watch it if you're 9+ months pregnant.
aside from laughing so hard you'll pee your britches, it does bring on labor.

and i can prove it. she's due home from work in about a half-hour.

  I spend alot of my time watching comedians. I rarely watch TV unless it's somethig funny. And Bill Cosby is one of my favorites! I watched those after I had the first 3 and I agree.

My children are a blessing and I wouldn't change them for the world. Wouldn't have anymore but I like the ones I have.

Swearing?? I have my moments...... but it is far more effective when I say, "Holy Hanna" in public. It embarrasses the heck out of them.

As for lovely, I'm just an old mom.

But what makes you lovely is not your looks. It's your heart.

Now just wait until they say "Holy Mom"

Okay, that's going onto the list of potential names for my imaginary rock band, along with Invisible Hypothetical Hybrid Robot Baby and Flatulent Hypocrisy!

I love the name Flatulent Hypocrisy

Is it supposed to be a comedy troup or something?

It was a turn of phrase used by a poster on Television Without Pity to describe someone's dialogue - in a show I never even watched, but I swiped the phrase anyway. :)
