I was diagnosed with Asperger's several years ago in middle school. Now I'm 23 and I feel like I'm well adjusted, generally. My AS was never that bad but I still have a few social and emotional problems. I have a hard time controlling my anger and even though I want to make and keep friends, I have a hard time tolerating others long enough to really get to know them. I do tend to like other aspies though and I enjoy message boards where I can take my time and be thoughtful about my responses (unlike in real life). Anyway, I thought I would say 'Hi'. I'm sure I'll be glad to chat with/get to know some of y'all! =^_^=

^^ Yaaaye, a very big welcome to you Android! ^^ I believe I too previously possessed problems concerning anger when I was younger, however I attempted to block such memories of that time and now believe there is no purpose in being angry.

Hi Android and welcome to the WrongPlanet. Like you, I do find most Aspies as likeable. You should really enjoy yourself here. There are plenty of interesting topics to explore. You can learn a lot just by surfing around the site. Anyway, welcome and enjoy the site.

Good job! I'm not sure how to handle my anger myself. What did you do? It never used to be an issue for me, but for the last two years or so.

yup, foreign languages is an interest of mine. can't say i know too much though. i've taken 4 years of spanish classes, but just know maybe a few phrases here and there from others. if i could though i'd learn them all :)
