I would just like to say hello, and hi to everyone out there.
I am an aspie and so is my son.
Although this place feels comforting it also feels ironic to have a social networking site for people known to not be very good at socializing. I am more of a suspicious wolf than an outgoing dog myself.
I don't believe in god, superstitions, luck, or anything not proven or factual.
I hate crackers and the snow. They both make a mess and are not worth it. (selective clean freak)
I like entertaining jokes and funny stories. Everything in my life is masked with a blanket of sarcasm; frequently inappropriate.

When I see other women yapping on their cell phones for hours it seem so foreign to me. I don't even own a cell!
My husband says that he wouldn't trade me in for 10 of those women. Which is probably the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me.

Most forums seem hostile from the get -go. So I want to thank everyone for there salutations. They are the equivalent of a basket of warm, freshly baked goods left on my doorstep. I am more of a hit an run type of commenter. All though I do not wish to provoke anyone. And have the up most respect and admiration for anyone here willing to post.

I have been lurking in the Parent's with AS section. I am extremely successful in live, and own my own business, whereas my son is not. It is his 6th B-day in 2 weeks and just decided not to buy him the foam numchucks, w/ rope instead of chain connection, that I thought he would enjoy and get him a Rubik cube Jr.

He got suspended today, so I have to home school him for the rest of the week.

Buwahahaha! I feel the same way about cell phones, as well as make-up and fashion. My husband has also expressed a similar sentiment about not trading me for any number of NT women.
