I'm a 30 year old male. I ran across this site about a month ago and was amazed to find so many people with similar experiences to mine.

Yesterday I had my first appointment for an assessment for Asperger's Syndrome and the initial outlook is that I am indeed an aspie. But there is still a long way to go and some tests to take so I'm still labeling myself in my profile as 'undiagnosed'. I've scheduled my appointments for once a month due to the cost (I'm on a tight budget).

Anyway I'm not really good with forum posts (keeping up with them) but I have and continue to enjoy reading everyone elses.

Hey Boomkin! i was amazed as well when i first came to this site. i am undiagnosed too or "self-diagnosed," because i know i have it, i just haven't yet gotten it confirmed by a doctor. Enjoy your time here!

BTW, love your name, its kinda like a male version of mine.
