Just wanted to say that I am new to this sight. The suggestion that I have Asperfers came to me today, it makes sense and this looks like the right forum to deal with it. :shrug: I have posted a more detailed intro on my personal space. Looking forward to what may come of things as I progess through this.

hello, sdknipe! years ago, I heard about Asperger's Syndrome and came here to this group as well. Best thing I could have ever done, because I got to figure it out for myself, and not just take one or two 'experts' word for it. It has also widened my understanding of what it means to be me. I hope for you much the same thing!

I was fortyish upon discovering the Neurodiversity concept. The most important discovery so far is that I have the right to be wrong about what I felt, thought and believed about myself. In doing so, I am beginning to understand others for a change. I am finally able to see things beyond the two dimensional preconceived ideas of society. I hope find what you are looking for, once you find it, it's amazing to look at. You have certainly found a good place for findings.
