Hi Tektek, welcome here. I have just discovered this site yesterday I am a 43 year young woman. Did you get medication for your anxiety, I am on Paroxetin and I feel better then before. I used to get very upset when things didn't worked out the way I wanted. Small things often, I went on and on until with it was fixed or until I was so frustrated that things around me went flying. I also said stuff to people that I shouldn't have, but the words came out anyway. I also suffer from IBS, that is connected with the anxiety. That is a bit better now as wel. I am not that long on the medication and we have to find the right dose for me yet.
