Hi everyone!
I'm a newbie here in every sense of the word - I'm NT and quite honestly, didn't know much about aspergers until my boyfriend told me a couple of months ago that he has it (one of the main reasons I've began to read up more and decided to join this forum to post my own specific questions etc).
Anyway - uhm not sure what to say now.................ha ha 
I'm British and I currently live and teach in South Korea - been here almost 4 years now and it has been a great experience - I'm definitely a travel bug!
I actually met my boyfriend here almost 3 years ago and we have finally started dating 3 months ago. I care so much about him (have for a long time) but I don't want to let my lack of knowledge of AS to create too much of an issue, and three months in I think it's starting to. I've read it can be hard relationship wise - but he's the most pure hearted and kind man I have met in a long time. The problems we have I think are simply because of our lack of understanding for how the other preceives things....Anyway I'll save my questions for the relevant forum.

This is a good place to learn what it is like to have aspergers/autism and learn more about how we think and how our mind works, through the best and the worst of times... Some people can enjoy having it while some don't.
But don't forget we can all have a good old laugh which the place would be at the off the wall section
