Hello baja, welcome,
It is difficult to determine whether or not someone has ASD.
Everyone is somewhere on the line from NT to ASD.
To know for sure whether or not someone has ASD, the person needs to be evaluated by a licensed psychologist or a psychiatrist.
To get an indication, the person can take some scientific tests, which will tell whether or not he/she probably is on the autism spectrum. I would advice to first take the BAPQ test, which will tell whether or not someone probably is on the broader autism phenotype (ASD traits) or is in fact autistic. Then the AQ test and the EQ SQ-R tests will also give an indication whether or not someone probably has ASD. You can find the tests on the following thread on this WP forum:
Wrong Planet -> General Autism Discussion -> Set of scientific tests related to ASD
Anyway, enjoy your stay on the Wrong Planet!
