Hi there. My name's gascmark, I'll be 19 in a couple days, I was diagnosed for Asperger's about two years ago, and I'm from Nebraska. I pretty much joined this website for kicks and giggles.

Cool, you live in Nebraska? Do you own a gun?

Just kidding. I don't know anything about Nebraska. Nice to meet you. :)

Why yes, I do own my own gun.

I also make homemade moonshine, wear nothing but overalls, and am inexplicably attracted to my cousin.

How on earth did you surmise this, my good sir or lady?

Because I live in Texas and do all of those things, as well....except the cousin thing - I just want that on record...

I'm a lady, but I answer to woman.

edited: to make funnier

Hey, do you enjoy football?

Because right now, I'd like to b***h about how the Big 12 Refs gave Texas that win over Nebraska, and you're the first Texan I've met since Saturday, and I've got some aggression that probably needs to be released. Or is this the time and place?

No, I don't watch football - I like UFC and I'm starting to like hockey...Ok, I went to one game and I liked it.... :thumleft:

You could check under the Health, Sports and Fitness forum and see if anybody mentioned it there. :)

Let's go with joke, so you'll think I'm witty.

Then that remark shows you're not :P

If it really would have been a joke, it wouldn't imply that you are witty.
And making a mistake doesn't necessarily imply someone isn't witty

My first remark in my previous post was a joke.
For the rest I was serious. I think 'being witty' is not defined by whether or not someone spells a word correctly.

Well, to be completely honest, I've always just assumed that Asperger's had a "b" in it.

Also, as a forewarning, it's usually not a good idea to take what I say at face value or as being serious.
