Anybody do it? I'm not talking about tepid jumps either but big ones, sometimes accompanied by bouts of running. People think your practicing for track.

no jumping, but I used to skip like crazy...got made fun of crazily in Jr. high for it..

jumping up and down on the spot is fun :)
also i do have a tendancey to skip for a few feet when i'm really exited (somewhat unfortunate since i'm a guy)

In my case it actually led to a pretty good jumping ability and helps me keep fit.

I used t be a real "Bouncing Bobbie" :bounce: when I was in my childhood and adolescent years but
now I am on the wrong side of 50 years old and one doughnut short of 200 pounds so I don't do it anymore.
