I don't know if I'm an aspie or not, I do know that I have most of the symptoms. I'm married, a mother of three, and am bi-polar. My parents live with my family and I. There are some days when the stress is completely over the top. It seems as though since the past five years or so all my issues have gotten worse. I have sensory issues, such as texture. And when I'm really stressed I can hardly stand anything touching my skin. There's much more but I suppose that I just wanted to give a little intro about me. If anyone has ideas on how to deal with my touch issues, I'd love to hear it.

I love Winter but I cant say I love you as I dont know you :) but very welcome into the warm and friendly Forum of ours!
I dont know how to solve your touch issues though. I had it too and before I learned about my AS it only stressed me out totally. I guess stress make it worse. Maybe find a way to come to term with it easier so it wont bring on too much anxiety. Therapy? I think contact with water helps me...there is also ball blankets and other gadgets you can try to easily meet touching...

:) Greetings and welcome. It is good to see you posting here. I have been peeking in on this section to see if you had yet. Heh. I saw you and did a little happy dance.

Anyway... I do hope you enjoy your time here. This place has so many nice, insightful, good people. This is a great place, me thinks. So yes, welcome to you.
