Hi, all. I don't know what to say. I'm not good at making an introduction. I'm trying to learn of myself and others now that I've been diagnosed with Aspergers and PTSD. :| What are your best coping mechanisms? Thank you and have a nice day.

Welcome.

Coping includes for me

Me time after work
Graphic novels
Using words to describe feelings even if it is just the big ones like
Mad or happy
Drinking - not alcohol
Coloring books
Ukulele moments
Hydrate
Saying no
Saying yes
Eating but not emotionally based
Saying I don't know

Welcome!

Coping= solitude, drumming, meditation, reading, and more solitude.
