. . . . I'm an aspie pegacorn Whoooooo~

I was diagnosed when I was very young, but I never found out the whole truth until last year that I have a slightly different thinking span than most others. I never understood myself at all, I would continuously compare myself with my common peers as I lurked behind metaphorically like a distant shadow while never really seeing the world as it is. That was way back in the day, and it still haunts me frequently.

I've always suspected it though, but I always rejected the idea since I never knew what it really meant to be an autistic individual, which is a person worthy of being in this world just like everyone else.

I'm also mentally and emotionally disturbed, with bawling issues and low self-esteem :roll: But hopefully I will accept myself as a good person someday . . . . :flower:

I feel slightly better now Sorry if I seem tense and annoying. At least I'm trying to communicate in some virtual way, so all I can do is positively gain from this, hopefully. :compress:

I think low self-esteme is an aspie trait, so you're not alone there. Depression also comes with the territory I understand. But at least you're trying to reach out, which is a good thing. Hope to see more of you Teal, welcome to WP.
