My son was diagnosed with Autism a year ago. I'm going to be formally evaluated for AS soon. Our primary care doctor began treating us for our GI problems and helping to get us healthy. So far we are both doing better he is no longer pooping 12 times a day and vomiting and I no longer have intestinal bleeding. I'm hoping that we both get healthy soon....but right now I've been sick and have an immune defect. I took a vaccine about a month ago thinking that the hoopla about the vaccines was probably just that to see if they could get my stupid immune system to actually work......unfortunately my stomach hasn't been the same since and my immune system is still on vacation. My suspicions are that perhaps it's just me but I've been losing weight and went 2-4 days unable to eat right after and puking so much. My whole body hurts......and it didn't before. I'm so mad.....I wonder what the doctor gave me...maybe something I'm allergic to or whatever. It hurt so much I'm really scared I mean what if they can force
you to take that....I wanted to die it hurt so bad. I know they say vaccines don't = autism but for me they made me hurt so bad and really hurt my stomach......I'm anxious and scared about it and I know my body is weird sort of wired differently and I react to all kinds of weird stuff.


anyways I don't know and I guess I'm rambling but I've a crummy marriage, no job, and I'm going back to school

Welcome to wp Kate. I am sorry to hear about your health problems. I hope you and your son recover soon. I'm going through something similar, not puking and such, but daily headaches and blurry vision. Its taken the doctors months to even do anything about it. I know whats causing it but they still have to do tests on me to get any kind of treatment So you have my highest sympathies. Feel better soon!

Hi Kate, hope you feel better soon; must be hard work at the moment.

I have stomach problems but after years of struggling I think it might just be IBS because I'm intollerant to cows milk apparently (?) but my Doctor is a bit useless as well; in and out in under 3minutes usually.

I also get headaches quite a bit, very rarely can get through a day without taking paracetamol which is probably making my stomach linning permanently worse (and liver) but I almost grind to a hault without.

I hate having GI problems....it's not IBS though they don't know what it is some kind of weird colitis. I have issues with yeast/bacteria and immune issues. Something rotten was in that shot...gonna ask to see the insert and file a complaint...maybe it was an old shot or something. Nobody should feel that bad....maybe it had egg or something I can't tolerate....but it makes me really mad because my son has issues with his stomach too and they were unexplained too. I've a suspicion it's connected but gonna find out.
