I am a self diagnosed aspi. Right now I am going to college at the Universty of Louisville.

I love to watch TV and often get quite obsesed with shows I like, to the point that if I miss an episode it will take all my strength not to "freak".

I love all sciences especially physics (I can always picture what is happening, and just know the answer often without the equation) but I am a bio major and hoping to one day be a medical examiner (do autopsies).

I will often be editing my posts, normally for spelling reasons. Although I am an avid reader, I've never been able to spell well (hee that rymed).

Hey there, I too love sciences but I prefer biology the most and have a degree in it. I wish you the best of luck on your quest to be a medical examiner. :)

Hi TheLynn, welcome to the land of Asperger's!

Good luck in your career and what you plan to do. Coincidentially, I've just been watching a lecture on autopsies on TV, which was interesting.

Hi! Welcome to Wrongplanet!

I think you will fit in very well with us. You seem to have the qualities of someone with AS judging from the fact that you are obsessed with things.

I think most of us with AS are obsessed with science fiction because it shows that people can be in their own little world, as are we.

Have you seen "Deal or No Deal" with Howie Mandel yet? If not, I suggest you watch it. I think you would like it. It is a great show. It combines excitement with philosophy. Judging from the fact that you like science, math is a science too. It deals with math also.

I hope we can relate to most of what you have to tell us. I hope you enjoy posting here!

Thank all of you for your welcome.

I do indeed love math, although not arithmatic. I was actually in a remedial math class in elementary school untill we got to algebra where I quickly excelled. I like my math as complex as possible.
