Hi, everyone.

A few months ago I sought a professional psychiatric opinion and the possibility of Asperger's came up. After doing a little research, I read about a lot of characteristics that made me think back on my life and things sort of 'clicked.' I found this forum by typing into Google "I feel like I'm on the wrong planet." So here I am. I've been lurking for a bit and I see interesting and compelling stories and personalities here.

I'm a New Yorker who is looking to go back to college (I have an Associate's and want a Bachelor's degree) and despite living in a big city, haven't seen many new faces because of difficulties communicating with new people. I'm a fan of animation and illustrative art, have a semi-decent print background and sometimes I do logos and ads for local bands.

I'm cautiously open about meeting people, so hopefully things go well on this forum.
