LOL! I am on a shedload (hahaha, never heard the expression before) of drugs too, and it took a while before my psychiatrist got the mix right. I don't think I would have needed anything at all if it weren't for the ADHD which transmogrified itself into a bunch of other disorders. And seratonin drugs don't work for ADHD anxiety and depression, because it's a dopamine problem.
The Asperger's stuff in isolation is mostly quite pleasant, in my case. OK, other than the sensory processing problems. And the occasional meltdowns. And the not-understanding-the-logic-behind-some-social-conventions and getting into trouble because of wanting explanations.

Hey! Yeah I've not entirely ruled it out. A lot of the traits seem to cross over. I was wondering if Anhedonia is a common aspie thing or not, or if that's something separate. It's not mentioned in any of the stuff I've read so far. I guess I'll search for an a answer later.
"Schizotypal personality disorder, or simply schizotypal disorder, is a personality disorder that is characterized by a need for social isolation, odd behavior and thinking, and often unconventional beliefs." That sounds like a lot of aspies doesn't it? I often wonder if these various so called personality disorders just explain different clusters of aspie characteristics.
If the drugs aren't working then I'd say don't take them. I've been drug free for a while, though I'm unemployed so I don't currently need to medicate to boost my ability to function in NT land. I wholeheartedly recommend meditation for depression, anxiety, OCD and ADHD.
