Hey There,

I'm DudeFromVA. I am new here

Let me tell ya a little about myself. I was diagnosed with Aspergers in 2003. I am almost 29 (one month to go) and of course I live in Virginia

See that cat in my avatar? That is my best friend, Flatsky. We found each other 11 1/2 years ago. I love my cat and he loves me. He is beside me as I write this.

I work with kids with all forms of Autism and Aspergers as part of a weekly group. I also give the parents advice from my perspective. I am also in the early stages in getting a job of some sort with my local branch of The Arc. What that will entail, I am not sure.

I am a serious night owl. The subject I know ALOT about (we all have one, right?) is radio and television stations.

I love NCIS, NCIS: LA, House, Law and Order: SVU, and Countdown with Keith Olbermann. I am a rocker at heart, but listen to all kinds of music.

I like to help people out with their problems or just be there to listen.

Hey Eggman and Duridsbird How is your early morning going?

Eating a hamburger and watching Kitchen Nightmares with my girlfriend--basically, Heaven.

Two of those three sound good. Replace Kitchen Nightmares with NCIS and it would be heaven for me

Flatsky looks *exactly* like my girlfriend's cat Cuzco.

He is a ginger (though some say he is an orange tabby). They are all over the place. Flatsky has many "twins" around the world Though there is only one Flatsky (who is playing a rousing game of "get the hand")

I hope you like it here at WP. I know I've found it wonderful and refreshing to interact with the people here.

My one friend has been asking me to join and I kept forgetting and this could be another way to be a friend like I do with my weekly Autism/Aspergers group. So it will definitely be fun
