Hello to everyone!
I'm fizz, a thirty-seven year old female student from Germany. (I don't study English, so please excuse my clumsy way of using this language.) From my age and the fact that I'm still a student you may already tell that there's something in my life not quite the way it normally goes.

I get along with life so-so, but I'm always the one who is noticed as 'a little different'.
A few years ago, I started a journey through a couple of psychologist's consulting-rooms to find out what exactly is this 'a little different' about me and where all my strange problems come from. But even there I didn't come clearer (anything but that).
A few weeks ago I read my first article about AS and since then many others followed. It was quite strange, because the first time it felt as if somebody speaks about my issues.

I found this forum while looking for information about AS, and here I am.

Greetings fizz,

Welcome to Wrongplanet. :D
(woooo I haven't done a colourful greeting like this in a long time.. :D)

I'm going to assume that you found this site from Wikipedia? That's where alot people seem to have found this site from.
I guess a little researching doesn't hurt.

Enjoy your quest here.

Hey, thanks for the welcome!

@sociable_hermit: I have learned not to take everything literally, but still I was glad about your friendly comment about my English .

@superboyian: No, I didn't come from wikipedia. I started to search for English sites about AS, because I found out that they offered much more Information than I could get from the German websites. (Strictly speaking I came from google and the keywords 'aspie' and 'girl', I think :). )
