My psychologist told me I have Asperger's last week. I have always known I was really different though. My childhood was a bit messed up and so things got pretty complicated... I just need a place where I can understand something

You've come to the right place. Finding out you're on the spectrum is hard. I was diagnosed early on, but denied it most of my life. I still look for answers. I'll say this though, the hard part is accepting it. I'm still dealing with that. Welcome to WrongPlanet!

well welcome to wrongplanet. i was diagnosed late in my childhood but i never knew what it meant. it was only recently that i really understood what aspergers was
