Hi,

I'm not too good at introductions, but i guess I'll give it my best shot. I've been reading and getting insight over the past few months and today for some reason i figured that i might as well sign up. I'm a 19 year old college student from NY. As you can probably guess from my name, my interests are mainly the Yankees and gaming on the PS3. I've was diagnosed with Asperger's when i was very young, and lately i have been very interested in learning more about it, and finding ways to work on my weaknesses. I guess you can say that it is one of my "special interests."

I'm a pretty independent person, i can drive and i work when I'm not in school. However, when it comes to socializing I have a lot of difficulties. I have a few friends, but I'm very shy around people I don't know, and generally try to avoid situations that involve socializing. And lately I'm even avoiding people that i am sort of friends with. I don't know why, and I'm hoping I can find a solution to this. I've never had a girlfriend before, but I just met this Aspie girl that I'm good friends with, and I'm considering asking her out soon, I'll probably put a post on the dating forum for that. Well, I guess that's pretty much a two paragraph version of me. Thanks for reading, and I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys.

Ahhh...another Yankees fan...there's nothing sweeter than Derek Jeter. But, I wish there were more players like the Yankee Clipper.
