Ive have not been on WP for over a year. Had some back surgery in September and still difficulty but just wanted to say its good to be back. I missed it here. I love the insight I get from others and its nice to find people to relate to.

I'm just curious now, what sort of surgery did you have if you don't mind me asking?

I had a disk replacement...I was in a study so I got all the surgery for free. Unfortunately I also had another condition that was masked by the pain of my ruptured disk (third time it ruptured btw). Its called Sacroilliac joint dysfunction....in laymans terms my pelvis is twisted this may have caused my disk problems in the first place.
