I've only recently come around to accepting that I have Aspergers. I'm 31, and I keep falling flat on my face in life. Things I have tried and I keep failing at: College...check. Living on my own...check. Living with roommate(s)...check. Moving across the country in order to "start over" and hopefully feel better...check.

My conclusion: My brain is holding my body hostage.

I joined recently too for pretty much the exact same reasons LOL. Being Dxed at 20 really sucks because I've had to have so much help recently withs things that could've been avoided when I was a kid. I found out last year because my 4 year old sister was DXed while I was being treated for depression. Which was a horrible way to find out, but the good news is that I'm no longer clinically depressed.

Welcome to WP zombiefishstix. great choice of user name there. I got my dx too late to do me much good. But I now would want it any other way.
