My name's Aaron and I'm 22 and from North Carolina. I've been a member of this site for awhile but haven't really used it all that much. I'd really like to meet some people from around North Carolina if possible and make some new friends.

I play guitar religiously (albeit not very well :P) and love to write music as well as playing various games online (anything by Valve Software, specifically) and obsess over random electronics I'm never going to afford. One of my favorite things to do is record music. I'm kinda-sorta working an an album (then again I've been saying that for 3/12 years). I have a pretty developed sense of humor, and I can find almost anything funny. Shows like Frisky Dingo, 30 Rock, and Strangers with Candy pretty much exemplify me.

I'm at the point in my life where I'm becoming increasingly insecure about my Aspergers and what better place than this to talk about it?

So um......yeah. That's me. :D

I was born in Goldsboro N.C....I only spent 2 years in Goldsboro so I just have a few memories from there. Anyway, music is a great way to express yourself. If it is your passion...don't stop. If your passion runs deep enough, you can become very skilled at it...you will then have something that no one can take away from you. You will always be able to make yourself happy. Well, welcome. See you on the forums.

I remember Goldsboro. My mother's best friend was born and raised there (she's 86 now). When I went to the beach with them we would always stop there. Back then the biggest thing happening was the Dairy Queen. Nice little Southern town. Do you still have the Goldsboro drawl? :)

 My mother's friend has a daughter named Martha and my father used to tease her about how she sounded when she called her name, "Maaaaartha". She was not amused.
