Hello everyone, im new obviously, im nikki a 36yo female from australia, I hadnt heard of aspergers until a social worker asked me "have you heard of aspergers" in answer to my questions about why i dont read facial expressions, how i dont get interaction about 12 months ago and ive been pretty much trying to ignore it since i was diagnosed. its been an experience and a half realising how much i have learned over the years to cover what i dont understand, how its a constant and not to mention tiring act pretending to be just like everyone else when you dont actually get whats going on.
