Greetings and Salutations fellow Aspies.

Just another Aspie joining the forums after (rather during) watching Mozart & The Whale, and thought I'd try to locate a new site for communication with those who have (are afflicted/effected with?) AS.

A little bit about me.

I'm 25. I hail from Mishawaka / South Bend Indiana..

When I was 18, I began to read up on Autism, because my Psychologist told me that I had some certain quirks that were similar to Autism. While it was hard for me to understand why he thought I had Autism, when I was young, I was diagnosed with ADHD. This stirred my reading side, and I started reading more and more about subdivisions of Autism and mentioned Asperger's Syndrome to him, and said that I have more in common with it, than any other form of Autism, at least, thats the way it appeared to me. So apparently after a few tests from my self diagnosis, my doctors, collectively decided that I don't have ADD, or ADHD, and I have Asperger's Syndrome.

As for my quirks, I'm a writer, photographer, and I read a whole bunch (almost too much, if I don't have a book on me somethings wrong...), I'm also obsessed with watches/clocks and methods of telling time. Example: I joined the site at 3:30 AM on April 30th.

I've had a few relationships, but unfortunately, they've never really worked out, why this is, I'm not 100% sure, but I believe my quirks get the better of the relationship...

Anyways, if you'd like to know more about me.. feel free to ask me.. I'm a pretty open individual, and I'm glad to of found a home on the net. :)

-ADBarker.

Hello.

Soon, in our time/date system, it will be the 4th of May, 2006, or 04/05/06.

At one particular point during that day, it will be 01:23 AM, or 1:23 04/05/06.

Indeed, and that occurance will never happen again in our lifetime (unless you count it happening again during the PM, but after that.. never again. :))
