I'm new to Wrong Planet and I joined cause where I live there isn't any asperger groups and I don't know anyone else who has asperger's that I can talk to. I don't have an official diagnosis but I always new there was somthing diffrent about me I just didn't knew what it was. I stumbled apon the term Asperger's by accident and then suddently it all made sence. I have several close frinds but even with them I'm not 100% comfortable talking about my stuggles cause I feel they won't understand. I'm an optimistic person who loves art and anything that has to do with the creative process. I'm also into history, and foreign cultures and languages. Looking forward to talking to all of you! : )

I dont have an official diagnosis either, but me, like you, discovered the term through chance, and yes, it really did all make sense. i found somewhere i can truly express myself on this site, and i hope you find wrongplanet as useful as i do
