i'm very new to the asperger's community, i've only met one other person who had it, and i'm starting to do research and figure out exactly what this disorder of mine is and how it operates. i've always been a very isolated person, due to the nature of this disorder, i don't need to tell you how hard a childhood can be for someone with asperger's, but i'm pretty relieved and kind of excited at the possibility of me not being so alone, that there are other people who have this disorder who can help me get through living like this and maybe one day, stop hating the huge part of my self that's caused so much misery in my life.

i've been a member of this site for only a few hours and already i like it here xD i think the people on this site are pretty hilarious, and it's pretty relieving to know that there are other people out there just as socially awkward as i am, like i said, i'm very new to the asperger's community and hopefully i can learn many things from this new social setting.
