What does "NT" mean with apparent reference to a type of person? I've read a few posts and have seen it many times already.

I'm 21, name is Ryan, live in Texas, in a relationship, interested in economics, psychology, philosophy, biology, sociology, history... I found this forum incidentally but I may have undiagnosed AS coincidentally. I may have no friends other than my girlfriend but I'm not looking for any. However, I enjoy conversation occasionally.

NT = neurotypical - someone without Asperger's Syndrome.

one more thing: I'm passionate about teaching and pursuing the truth most relevant to my happiness, which includes in many ways the happiness of others. I'll likely be providing advice or answering questions during the time I spend here.
