My name is Paul and i've been diagnosed with AS for a month now so i'm still getting used to it!

I was diagnosed after suffering from depression, a condition I have had for several years without any real improvement and from what I can tell it's because I never understood that the problems stemmed from AS. It makes great sense to me now and (probably like many of you) I have felt so much better since my diagnosis. At least I know what I'm up against now!! !

I joined the site hoping that it will help me to deal with a lot of the questions I have and also to try and help anyone else here If I can (Aspies of the world unite).
