Hi my name is Christopher and I'm really not sure what all to say.. I'm very new to the idea of having aspergers but I'm coping with it very well i think. Basically I've always struggled alot with social interaction, alway withdrawn from groups and never had very many friends to speak of. I've always struggled to achieve intimacy in relationships and had several fail horribly as a result of that. I work in a mental hospital and have been informed by several members of our psyche staff that I seem to have several attributes of AS and upon further exploration I have to agree. I plan to seek a diagnosis after my first semester of school and start exploring what all I can do to aleviate some of my social axieties and try to engage better when I'm in relationships.
