Hi to all,
Just diagnosed in November of 2010 that I have Asperger's. As well as a learning disability. It's funny because I have always known something was wrong. Never "fit in", learn concepts very slowly and feel like I am an alien in this world. Therapy for half of my life and the therapist never thought of it either. It was actually my wife who heard of "Aspies" a while back and kept telling me "That's you"!
Glad that I researched how to get tested and diagnosed.

Welcome to WP Dr. Fu-Manchu. Don't feel bad about the late diagnosis. I was 64 before I found out! As the saying goes, better late than never.

I found out at 52 too - welcome aboard.

Now it's six years later, and I've learned a few things about what can, and what can't, be helped. Mostly what can't, I'm afraid.
