My name is Wendy Lynn, and I'm from Halifax NS.

My son, Joe is 4 years old, and received a confirmed dx of ASD in Aug 2010.
My daughter, Lexi, is neuro-typical, and 2 years old.

I'm here for support and information from people and parents who have been down this road. There are so many things that are different in my life than in the lives of my friends and family with Neuro Typical children, and they just don't get it.

So, Yeah

other than that, I'm a Navy wife, a SAHM and Child Restraint Systems Technician (Canadian Car Seat Technician) and love to knit, sew, quilt and crochet.

I wasn't planning a blog for my sewing stuff. Most of what I do is alterations, and fixing uniforms, but I do sometimes make the odd piece of clothing, and I always have a quilt on the go
