I am new and apprehensive

Hi I am new to WP. Have recently been diagnosed with Aspergers, although I am no doubt much older than most - a bit embarrassed to say my age ! I'm not really used to socialising, even in print. Just wanted to dip my toe in the water.........and see what happened!

I'm glad you found the place, welcome! Quite a few here (including myself) did not get diagnosed until well into mature adulthood, so don't have any concerns about that. This is one place where you won't have to be careful not to be too odd, because we're all odd here!

Great, it is really encouraging to read all your replies. You are all very welcoming. thank you . I am a real novice at " networking" so not sure what to do, but I guess it's a matter of writing on any thread and seeing what happens ........
