and so glad to find others like me in a community. I've been searching for a sense of belonging all my life.
I'm a 41yr old female and the revelation that i am HFA has given me the answers to all the questions I've had all these years. Does that make sense?
Trying to conform to societal needs has caused me great anxiety and feelings of isolation from very early childhood. Now I can be proud knowing who I am and that it is ok.

So I look forward to getting to know you all and participating in the forums and chats. I've read alot so far and identify with so many experiences .
