Hi there, i'm neona, i'm basically new here.. my gf convinced me to make an account here a while ago, but I guess I kinda forgot about it and just.. *shrug*
Anywayyyyy, I'm probably aspie, or at least a lot of people think so. I'm still neutral to the idea, but I may just be overly wary of self-diagnosis, among other things. I may also just be silly, that happens a lot.
About me, or something like that: I'm 20 years old and starting to stabilize my life after not having a job or a proper place to stay for a while (not as bad as it sounds, but still kinda crappy), and hope to figure out going to college this fall, if my incompetence doesn't prevent it. I'm an all-around nerd... i play a lot of video games (particularly jprgs, fpss, and all manner of strategy games, especially space-themed ones), [*extended break from writing post where she looks at price-performance numbers to consider a new video card*] I am decently computer competent for someone my age (know enough to install gentoo, build my own computers, had a paid job programming for a while). I also do some design work sometimes, as well as freelance computer repair. I'm also an anime nerd, though I need to work on that, i'm perpetually in the middle of like 10 series and rarely finish them lately. I also like math. And tabletop roleplaying. So yeah, kinda a huge nerd. My gf, among others, tend to say i'm aspie due to the kinds of things i'll get obsessed with....
Right now I have a crappy retail job, but it's something until i can get my life properly together and get a job doing something I like (programming, probably). I tend to be a little socially incompetent, though that's improving as my life does, to a degree anyway.
Other random stuff that might be important or something... i'm bisexual (well, pan really, not that the difference matters often), polyamorous, which makes my life complicated, and transgender (I don't like to consider it as too important as it's mostly in the past and something i try to distance from my identity now that i've transisitoned, but i consider it a major contributor to my social incompetence, so it may be relevant)
Also, i'm dating torako, who posts here sometimes.
