Has anyone here studied or created a constructed language such as Lojban, Quenya, etc?
I've studied Lojban, and was fascinated with its emphasis on explicitly including many things natural languages delegate to non-verbal communication. For instance, Lojban punctuation is spoken, making spoken speech units unambiguous. Lojban contains an entire grammatical category, cmavo, which explicitly states the mood/context/sarcasm/etc of a statement. It is a language finely tailored for sarcasm, puns, and logical expression.

I am an active conlanger, participant of the CONLANG mailing list, and local focal point for the 4th Language Creation Conference, which will take place in Groningen (Netherlands) on the 14th and 15th of May 2011 . So yes, I've created constructed languages
.
I am personally really an artlanger, i.e. I create more or less naturalistic languages purely for their artistic value. I have no interest in engineered languages like Lojban. I've never learned a conlang, except Esperanto a long time ago. I love reading conlang grammars, if that's what you mean by "studying a conlang" .
I've created quite a few languages. At least one, Maggel, has reached a semi-legendary status among the Conlang community, inspiring the neologism "maggelity", defined in the Conlang mailing list FAQ as "The state of being regularly unpredictable, such as to horribly confuse anyone unfamiliar with the language, lulling them into a full sense of security before pointing out, cartoon-character-style, that the ground no longer exists where they're standing."
Another language I'm still actively working on is Moten. Some parts of its grammar can be found on my blog (see signature). Its characteristics are: heavy use of infixes, verbs that only have periphrastic conjugations, and surdéclinaison, i.e. the ability to further decline an already declined noun.

Ooh, I love Lojban.
