Why is it okay for Neurotypicals to make the Honest Mistakes?

Like take money they find (anywhere) and not worry about whether it's stealing or not?

Why would you put on a job application a question like: "If you find money on the ground,....."., and the "Right" answer is to keep it, if that's "Wrong" because it is "Stealing?"

I just don't get why it's okay for Neurotypicals to make "Honest Mistakes" , but not People who have Disabilities, who make the same mistakes. If They do, it's called a "Crime?"

I am so confused.

Believe it or not the psych standards used to develop those job apps says that a normal person is somewhat dishonest.
If you answer that you would not steal and never have - they suspect you of high crime potential.
Ha ha ha - NTs are funny.
