Hi...
My name is Marissa, and I found this website and decided that I'd like to join. I'm 17, and I was diagnosed with Aspergers about a year and a half ago (before that the doctor said i had ADD and "social anxiety"). I have a lot of trouble talking to/making friends with people, and I am generally the random weird girl who just goes to class and doesn't talk to anyone.

I never really go on message boards, mostly because I always second-guess myself and erase what I was going to say (I usually just go around and read what everyone else says), but I'm hoping that a message board full of others like me will make it easier.

I hope you benefit from all the post on here and eventually get comfortable posting yourself.

Getting feedback and simply just engaging in something outside of myself (with people who can relate) seems to be helping my outlook on life.
