Hi, my 21 month old son was diagnosed 3 months ago with Autism. I have so many questions & concerns & don't know where to start. He has been in therapy (PT, OT & Speech for 7 months now & has made progress but I feel so stressed now that he has been diagnosed even though we suspected it a while now. We have a behavior therapist helping him now & It seems like we have so many things to try to focus on that I can't think of anything else. My mind is never turned off from this and it is already straining my marriage because all I talk about is my son and his diagnosis. He has a twin sister who is developing appropriately & it is so hard to give her the attention she needs. Does anyone else have twins with only one child having Autism? I need advice!
