Greetings and well met. You may refer to me as "EynTalbot" if you wish. I'll make this short since I'm not feeling too well; that, and I am not that comfortable disclosing everything about myself after some personal experiences.

First of all, I have Asperger's Syndrome, as well as ADHD, Tourettes, OCD, Bipolar, and Multiple Personality Disorder. I was born somewhere in the late eighties, and I have no job other than surviving day-to-day. I was diagnosed with everything but the MPD when I was eight, but I didn't receive the proper help while I was growing up until sometime after 2006.

I'm the only one in my family who isn't a neurotypical, though at the place I live in at this time I am but one of many who have something different with their brain. I don't see what neurotypicals call "mental illness" or "developmental disabilities" as such; I merely see them as differentiations within the human experience. I am glad to have what I have, because it is part of who I am.

My interests are Dungeons and Dragons, anime, reading - especially anything Dungeons and Dragons or anime related, video and computer games (with my favorite genres being RPGs, visual novels, simulations, Touhou and Dwarf Fortress), situational humor, studying various aspects of anthropology, world religions, parapsychology and quantum physics, and Norse runes - just to name a few of my interests.

I would say what brought me to Wrong Planet would be the fact that it's a home to like-minded individuals, and that you have some resources thatI would be willing to use within a few years. I heard about you guys somewhere a while back, but I forget where, and I even registered what is now a lost and inaccessible account. It is lost because I have no means of getting the information back for it due to faults on my own end.

I hope that I may be able to fit in here, better than at the dozen handfuls of other forums I've tried my luck at since discovering the internet back in the nineties. Please accept me if you wish.

My views entirely. These are not illnesses or diseases, and they are only disabilities in the world we live in.
