I am Mike and I am Dad to rothes_boy, who is 12 years old and has Asperger's. We live in Scotland. He is very keen to have contact with other AS kids his age but isn't really sure what to do, say etc.

He has joined WP, so that's a start. Hopefully he will get into the swing of it all soon.

I am mainly here to keep an eye on him, but if I can contribute in any way to any posts I will.

Hi Mike and welcome, there's a girl 'round here about the same age as your boy, she goes under the nick of "Captain Brown", she posts A LOT

There are other young people, oh, and there's also a forum specially for them!

Welcome, Mike. I've seen posts from a number of non-aspies in the forums. You're likely to find much helpful information for both you and your son in past and future threads.
