Hi, I'm Amy. I'll be 35 next month and I've self-diagnosed myself as having Asperger's. My 11 year old son was diagnosed in January. After seeing the things that he struggles with, and looking back through the years, I realized that we had a lot in common. After doing more research, reading blogs, seeing others' experiences, and doing a lot of nodding my head, this is where I am. I took the Aspie Quiz and got 145 out of 200 towards Asperger's also. I want to go get the official medical diagnosis, but I have to wait, we are moving in a few weeks. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!

Woodsman- Huh? I don't feel like I'm gifted at all. I know that Aspies are supposed to be, but I don't think I am.

Well, I'm not too gifted either, unless you want to call maturity (sometimes) and wanting to do something for autism a gift...
