Hello all,

My name is Russell Matthews, and I am a faculty member at Louisiana State University. My research team and I conduct research examining how working parents of children with autism manage their work and family demands. Our goal is to help managers and organizations better understand the unique challenges having a child with autism presents when trying to maintain a job.
